Community Staff Nurse Health Visiting - 37.5 hours per week

Brighton and Hove Health Visiting teams are looking for enthusiastic registered nurses to join our passionate Healthy Child Programme teams support the delivery of the 0-5 Healthy child programme. This will provide the opportunity to gain community experience ,working in partnership with children ,families ,primary care and partner agencies and develop your skills as part of a skill mix team within the Health visiting service. candidates do not have to have had experience of working in the community but You must have an interest in the health and wellbeing of children and their families and an understanding of the public health role of the HCP team.

Brighton and Hove Health visiting teams work in within the defined city coastal area surrounded by the South Downs national park offering a variety of experiences across the service .we pride ourselves on are a close working with our local authority partners to ensure that every child in the city receives the early help to reach their optimum potential.
