An exciting opportunity for a job share partner as Head of Occupational Health has become available. This role will responsible for providing the vision and direction to the organisation about improving and protecting the health and wellbeing of our workforce and delivering on the promotion of healthy lifestyle choices.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that values a holistic approach in supporting both the physical and mental health of our staff and is SEQOHS accredited.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a Senior Leadership position and will appeal to those who enjoy developing strategic plans, implementing service improvements and managing a multi-disciplinary team, contracts and budgets.

You will be a registered practitioner and be responsible for the strategic direction of the service and will need to demonstrate that they are able to deliver organisational and service level objectives, which consider both local and national guidance and legal, government frameworks relating to Occupational Health.

You will need to demonstrate leadership skills and behaviours, as you will be responsible for leading, motivating and inspiring the team on a daily basis, ensuring that the Occupational Health provision is of a high standard.

You will be able to demonstrate previous success in leading large scale improvements through strategic understanding and operational application of quality improvement and have experience of leading transformational change through the use of digital systems, optimising potential for digital innovations to improve patient care and outcomes.
