Based at the Central Campus, Brighton

 

We are seeking to appoint an Exams Coordinator to provide administrative support on all aspects relating to college examination and achievement procedures, including liaison with students, tutors, invigilators, awarding organisations and college managers.

Duties will include working with curriculum managers, support services and awarding organisations to plan and timetable assessments and examinations. Liaising with other college support services to obtain, validate and process examination access arrangements and supporting the Exams Supervisor to book invigilators and provide training in line with JCQ and awarding organisation regulations and best practice.

You will require experience of maintaining and processing large quantities of data, including collection and analysis. Experience of organising, scheduling and prioritising work to meet targets and critical deadlines is also essential.

Excellent PC aptitude and broad systems knowledge will also be required as will excellent administrative, organisational and customer service skills.
