Chailey Heritage Foundation is embarking on an exciting Digital Transformation Programme and we are looking for a Customer Services Engineer to provide support for: 

 

  1. Our young people and the assistive technologies they use. 

     

  1. Our education and social care colleagues’ use of technology with our young people. 

     

  1. All our colleagues’ use of business systems and information systems. 

     

  1. Our stakeholders and supporters when using technology and digital systems and platforms when working with us. 

     

The Customer Service Engineers will be the first line of contact for all technology queries and requests and deliver a customer focussed and responsive support service for the whole Foundation. 

 

You will have the opportunity to expand your skills and experience of a wide range of technologies in health and social care, education, and business systems as well as a range of specialist and bespoke assistive technologies.  Working within a skilled team of technicians and engineers, the Customer Service Engineers will use user centred design principles to shape and influence product selection, innovation, and implementation. 

 

Working at Chailey Heritage Foundation is not like working anywhere else. We are a nationally recognised centre of excellence, providing education, care and transition services to children and young adults with complex neuro disabilities.  

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of systems and hardware, particularly Microsoft Office 365.  Experience of working in a customer focused environment providing support would also be advantageous.
