THE COMPANY: A privately owned organisation who operate at the premium end of their sector and benefit from a healthy and innovative new product pipeline. Their manual handling division provide a range of equipment and consumables for use within NHS and private hospitals and are enjoying incredible growth and expansion. As such, they are currently seeking to recruit a driven, personable, hungry and credible medical sales professional to manage and further develop their business within the South East/West of England.

THE ROLE: As Sales Specialist, the successful candidate will be managing, growing and winning key clinical and commercial relationships in NHS and private hospitals, typically talking to manual handling, procurement (key), theatre, tissue viability and infection control contacts. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must have experience selling into hospitals and be used to a hands on equipment based role as well as dealing with procurement. Experience demonstrating a product as part of the sell will enhance your application. Full product and company training will be provided and career and earning potential is very attractive and realistic.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Confident conducting demos, being hands on, providing solutions to nurses
• Driving license

The Package for Sales Specialist:

• Basic: £30,000 - £40,000
• Commission: £15,000+ uncapped
• Car: £450 per month allowance
• Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
