Senior Operations Manager - Attractions

£60,000+

To lead the Food & Beverages function, across multiple restaurants and Fast-food outlets. Developing the propositional strategy & delivering commercial performance. Maintaining multiple F+B outlets and driving efficiency and profitability.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Maximising bar and food sales opportunities through an effective business plan
• Commercially focused, however, totally understanding the needs of staff development and customer service and feedback as a key to success
• Recruiting, training and managing the performance of your team.
• Controlling stocks, money and all company equipment within area of responsibility, ensuring optimum profitability of business
• Demonstrate passion & enthusiasm for hospitality with a self-driven hand on attitude and approach
• Have an exceptional working knowledge of F&B within multiple outlets.
• Assist in the delivery of department training of F&B employees
• Ensuring all team members have comprehensive product knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, point of sale systems, stock control and financial reporting
• Preparing, planning, and managing a budget for all resources within area of responsibility and to monitor and maintain effective control.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous management experience in Hospitality or Leisure with F+B
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Customer service focused
• The ability to work under pressure with good decision-making skills.
• Have good IT skills and social media platforms, including knowledge of Excel, Word and e-mail.
• H+S Qualifications advantageous
