Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week (flexible start/end times between 8am and 6pm)
We are thrilled to be working exclusively with one of our established clients based in Burgess Hill who are currently seeking an Administrator to join their busy and hardworking team. This is an exciting role for a candidate with excellent IT skills who is willing to learn and progress in an office environment.
The Administrator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the company's internal and external customers. The role will require a candidate who has the ability to maintain the company's smooth administrative process, as well as occupying a high level of IT skills and knowledge to ensure any queries can be resolved. As such the ideal candidate will be computer literate, possess excellent communication skills and have the organisational skills to ensure the businesses administration process continues to be successful.
Key Skills Required:
IT Literate, specifically Microsoft Office
Call handling
Excellent attention to detail, professional and approachable
Customer service experience
Experience with CRM software (input) would advantageous but not essential as full training will be givenTravail Employment Group is operating as an Employment Agency.
