I am working with an established Chartered Surveyors operating mainly in Sussex.

They are looking to take on an additional Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team on a part time basis. You will ideally be a general 'all-rounder' to be based in their office in West Sussex who will be able to deal with the following:

You must be an experienced MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in the commercial and residential sector > RICS Homebuyer Reports

* Building Surveys

* Fabric Surveys

* Condition Reports

* Pre-Purchase Reports

* Interim and Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations

* Schedule of Condition

* Investigation and List of Building Defects

* Specification and Organisation of Remedial Works

This role will suit someone who is located in West Sussex or South Hampshire.
