With around 100 staff based at our headquarters in Crawley, West Sussex, we provide a complete range of services including design, site surveys, manufacture, installation, civil and electrical services, maintenance, spares, repair or refurbishment and full project management, all backed up by a fully comprehensive customer service programme.

The role will be working as part of the Accounts Team, dealing with credit control.  This is a part time position of 25 hours per week.  Hours are 9:30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
• Allocation of receipts and match off on daily basis
• Chase overdue invoices daily by email/telephone
• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
• Taking payments over telephone, allocation and advising relevant departments
• Identify any payment changes patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness
• Ensure all transactions are compliant with SARs and HMRC regulations
• Respond promptly and completely to clients and internal enquires
• Prepare files to enable legal action to be taken
• Provide ad hoc reporting when requested
• Send out monthly statements
• Provide cover for other accounting functions as requested
• Any other duties given from time to time by Finance Manager
