E-Commerce Manager

37.5 hours per week

c£25,000 - £27,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced individual to join our Retail Team as E-Commerce Manager. St Michael’s Hospice Retail Company is responsible for the operation of our chain of charity shops, E-Commerce and a donation centre.  We want to expand and grow our E-Commerce operations and this this role will provide effective and engaging leadership to the E-Commerce team, including dedicated volunteers to grow a multi-platform online resource.

You will be responsible for developing a long-term E-Commerce strategy that maximises the opportunities for revenue growth and ensures annual targets in relation to E-Commerce sales are achieved as well as identifying unmet and/or emerging trends that better meet customer needs and preferences.

Using your expert knowledge and skills you will develop others in the Retail team to have a good understanding of online sales and customer service.
