Two posts available, Part Time 22.5 hours per week, Term Time Only 40 weeks per year
We are seeking to two several Employer Engagement Coordinators to provide an efficient liaison service between employers, students and course tutors to source, promote and monitor suitable work experience and industry placements for student’s development.
Main purpose and scope of the post:
- To represent Employability within the group across all sites.
- To meet and exceed predefined Industry Placement and Work Experience targets in line with the College improvement policies and funding targets across the college.
- To build, establish and maintain employer relationships to create employer engagement opportunities.
- To raise the awareness of the benefits of an experience of the workplace to all stakeholders.
- Provide support and guidance for students looking for placements in the workplace and to assist with creating effective matching opportunities.
The post holder will have excellent organisational and communication skills, work well in a faced paced environment whilst providing high levels of customer service/satisfaction. The post holder requires sound office management and IT skills to include Microsoft Excel and Word.
You should hold an advanced level of education; a minimum of 2 A levels grade C and above.
Interviews will be held on 4 October 2021.
