Southern Testing is an established company providing an extensive range of geotechnical and environmental consultancy services.
We are currently looking to recruit a part-time Company Secretary.
The position would suit a candidate with experience of corporate matters in a medium sized business, capable of maintaining and developing, with the Directors, the open structured team ethos within the company.
The core duties of the role include:
- statutory duties of a company secretary;
- minute secretary to the board;
- clerk to the trustees of an educational charitable trust.
Additional duties may be included, depending on the candidate's background and experience.
Remuneration and hours by negotiation, but could be up to 60 hours/month.
Benefits include stakeholder pension scheme, annual profit bonus, life insurance and 23 days' holiday per annum (FTE) on commencement.
