Lecturer in Electrical Installation
30 hours per week/ Part Time / Permanent
Up to £34,234 p.a. pro rata
We are currently seeking an experience d Electrical Installations Professional or Lecturer to join a proactive team at our growing Ore Valley Campus. In state of the art workshops and classrooms you will deliver theory, training and assessment to a range of students from Level 2 to Level 3 and Apprentices.
This role will appeal to qualified electrical installation professionals who love what they do and enjoy inspiring students and apprentices to succeed.
A Teacher/Assessor/Verifier qualification would be desirable, although we will also support someone with industry experience to undertake training, in terms of funding the qualification and facilitating time to study.
You will be responsible for a tutorial group of students for an academic year, supporting and tracking students to achieve their qualification and progress to the next level of study or employment.
Purpose built well equipped teaching classrooms and workshops, sustainable links with industry partners and a commitment to high industry standards embody the culture of this busy Construction and Engineering Campus. The State of the art teaching and training facilities are enjoyed by our students and industry employees up-skilling.
