L3Harris Training Systems play a key role on delivering the L3Harris Commercial Aviation Solutions mantra of ‘Creating Safer Skies’. From our computer based solutions all the way to our state-of-the-art Full Flight Simulators (FFS), improving the training experiencing and creating safer skies is at the heart of everything we do. Our Fixed Training Devices (FTD) and FFS feature aircraft-specific flight decks, offering the form, fit, feel, and function of the actual aircraft. Our airline pilot training systems cover the complete training spectrum, whether its systems knowledge, procedure training or jet transition we have the solutions for your airline.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to join our Finance team based at our London Training Centre in Crawley, West Sussex Our workplace will challenge and offer opportunities to learn and grow. Day to day responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Partner with Sales/Marketing on customer proposals.
  • Support Business Development on new product business cases.
  • Provided necessary support to annual IR&D Data call process.
  • Prepare, integrate and assure quality of all financial information included in customer bid review packages.
  • Assist with preparation of approval documentation required for various levels.
  • Coordinate collection of required information from other functional groups for inclusion in profitability analysis.
  • Maintain and modify existing excel based financial model which includes but not limited to: sales, costs, cash flow and profitability.
  • Coordinate the development and improvement of processes to ensure compliance with business requirements
  • Continuously demonstrate strong understanding and effective communications of revenue, profitability, product and engineering costs drivers.
  • Support as a team member the annual price catalogue process.
  • In addition to Sales, Marketing and Business Development work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Contracts and Program Management Office.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Business related discipline such as Accounting or Finance degree (MBA/CPA/CMA a plus).
  • 6+ years specific business experience (Aerospace/Avionics a plus).
  • Ability to organize, work independently, work in teams and deliver projects & work on time.
  • Self-starter with an in-depth knowledge of business analytics and modelling.
  • Solid experience to lead/coordinate across functional groups and divisions.
  • Proven Excel (including macros) and Power Point skills.
  • Excellent analytical, written, verbal and organizational skills.
  • Displays a continuous cadence of self-development and promoting a positive attitude.
  • Proven ability to nurture effective partnerships by quickly building rapport with team members.
  • Possess skills to negotiate cross functional teams with awareness of various personality types and work styles.
