Cleanroom Operatives

Cleanroom Operatives are urgently needed to join an established and experienced manufacturer based in the Littlehampton area. No experience is required and this is a temp to perm position therefore candidates will be offered a permanent contract following a successful trial period! 

The site is easily accessible by public transport and there is free parking available. This position is suitable for individuals who thrives in hands on roles with excellent attention to detail and a good level of dexterity. 

Due to working in a cleanroom environment, successful candidates must wear full PPE including gloves, masks, overalls etc. and must not wear any makeup, nail polish and jewellery throughout the working day. Full training will be provided by the company.

Key duties and responsibilities for Cleanroom Operative position:

• Inspecting parts checking for any faults/damage
• Assembling small components accurately 
• Quality checking finished goods to ensure it up to company's standards
• Packing items securely ready to be despatch
• Working in a fast pace to stick to shipping deadlines
• Reporting any issues/hazards to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Applicants must be happy to work in a cleanroom environment with full PPE
• Good communication skills - must be able to converse in English confidently
• Level of dexterity is key due to handling small components 
• Ability to work in a fact paced environment
• Punctuality and reliability is essential

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08.00am to 17.00pm and Friday 08.00am to 13.30pm

Pay: £8.91 per hour
