Office Manager - Clapham and Patching C of E Primary

NJC GRADE 5, points 7-8

£20,092 - £20,493 per annum (£18,082 - £18,443 pro rata)

Full-Time, Term Time Only plus TWO WEEKS

Suggested hours 8.00 am – 4.30 pm (4pm finish on Friday) total 37 hours per week (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Clapham and Patching C of E Primary School have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager starting in November 2021 (or earlier)

We are seeking a candidate who:

  • Can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Is focussed and can demonstrate effective problem solving skills
  • Can support the processing of the school’s financial processes and budgets
  • Is proactive and shows exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Shows a meticulous attention to detail
  • Can support day to day premises issues such as lettings and contract management
