Chailey Heritage Foundation is a pioneering charity providing education, care and transition planning for young people aged 3-25 with complex physical disabilities and health needs.

Our aim is to provide a stimulating and inclusive environment where all young people are given every opportunity to make progress towards fulfilment and develop life skills in preparation for adulthood.

Our Support Workers are at the heart of what we do, every year they support over 200 young people and their families. The Support Worker role is vital in ensuring that the young people have the opportunity to reach their full potential and prepare them for life.

On Wednesday 29th September 2021 the event will be from 5.30pm - 7.00pm.

On Friday 01st October 2021 the event will be from 3.00pm - 5.00pm.

Both events will last no longer than 2 hours, so please make sure to arrive in time for your introductionary tour to Chailey Heritage Foundation.

  • Day Support Worker – Full time and part time contracts available with varying shift times
  • Bank Support Worker – A flexible working pattern to suit your availability, great if you are studying or have other commitments
  • Night Support Worker – Various hours and shifts available including half night shifts.
  • Community Support Worker – Full time and part time contracts available, providing a flexible way for families to access highly specialist care and support, both at home and in the community, facilitating access to activities, events or attractions.
