Engineering Apprentice Wright Flow Technologies
Day to day tasks will include Assembly, Surface finish, Packing, Stores and Testing, Pump build problem solving – to identify build issues and resolve or seek support Set up and use of measuring equipment for “In Process” build requirements. This may include surface measurements, ferrite testing, noise test and hydrostatic pressure testing

Weekly wage - £180.18 to £347.49
Working week - To be discussed at interview Mon- Thursday 8.00am -4.30pm (Day release one day per week) Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm 2 x 10-minute tea breaks per day plus ½ hour unpaid lunch break per day
Total hours per week: 39.00
Expected duration 24 months
Apprenticeship level Intermediate Level 2 (GCSE)
- Full flexibility and support within the operation function associated with Assembly, Surface finish, Packing, Stores and Testing
- Pump build problem solving – to identify build issues and resolve or seek support
- Set up and use of measuring equipment for “In Process” build requirements. This may include surface measurements, ferrite testing, noise test and hydrostatic pressure testing
- Document and maintain records for In Process Build, material surface measurements, testing and material traceability
- Standard Work and process improvements – Appraise and assist in the development of our processes and the Standard Work Instructions for assembly and other operational processes
- Conform to the Companies Quality & Environmental System
- Adhere to the IDEX antitrust policy and Ethical Guides
- Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with Company Health & Safety procedures
