Voluntary – Finance Officer | Remote | 2-3hrs per week

We have partnered with an extremely well-known brand within the football industry to source a Finance Officer to work with them for 2-3hrs per week on a voluntary, unpaid basis.

Duties:

  • Weekly payments
  • Payment of invoices
  • Invoicing
  • Upkeep on accounting records on Xero
  • Producing management accounts
  • Liaison with Auditors at the end of the season
  • Other duties as agreed with the Chair

Required experience:

  • Experience of making payments via online banking (Required)
  • Experience of Xero and producing management accounts (Required)
  • Experience of being on a League Management Committee (Desirable)
  • Willing to attend meetings and contribute to discussions. (Expenses paid for)
