Sessional Positions - adhoc basis

Based at Brighton Campuses - Central and East Campuses

We are looking for assertive, intuitive individuals with good communication skills to assist with the invigilation of both online and paper based examinations.

Although the majority of exams are held in normal college hours, to accommodate all learners, some are held in the evenings and on Saturdays, so flexibility is key. (Evening and weekend work will attract an enhanced hourly rate)

The role will involved liaison with candidates, teaching staff and other invigilators.

All invigilators will be expected to undertake a DBS police check and the College’s online mandatory training modules. Experience of previous invigilation would be an advantage, however invigilator and special arrangement training will be provided.  New invigilators will shadow an existing invigilator before working solo.  A member of the exams team will always be available.

Interviews will be held on 15 November 2021
