The HR Recruitment Administrator will effectively and proactively manage, run and develop key processes and systems relating to IDS Recruitment, onboarding, induction and casual workers.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated successful experience of carrying out a wide variety of recruitment including advising and supporting recruiting managers and selection panels. You will need to have excellent organisational skills to manage the many competing priorities along with excellent communication skills when dealing with internal queries. A relevant HR qualification is desirable.
