Job Details

My name is Ebony, and I am looking to add to my fun team of support workers to support me at home with my family in Woodingdean, Brighton.

I have many interests that I would like you to support me with, such as Shopping, Bowling, Cinema,  and Rebound Therapy.

I like getting out and having fun and have been to festivals including Wildlife in Shoreham. I know what I want in life, and need to be supported by people who know how to have a good time.

Sometimes, I am very clear in things I don’t want to do, and other times I need encouragement as I can get into things, and then it goes well. Otherwise, I can get frustrated and make it clear I am not happy. You need patience, and to know how to react positively and keeping me first with all decisions you support me to make.

Me and my family are close, and you will need to get on well with them and allow them to support you and me with things that are happening whilst respecting it is our home. I am a real home bird, so sometimes a bit of encouragement to get me up and out of the house is good! We have 3 dogs at home, so you need to like them too.

I like younger people with get up and go that like similar things to me. People who are fun, kind and understand me for me and how I see the world would be great.

I have my own vehicle, so you will need to be a driver.

Please note that applicants must be able to provide proof of two COVID-19 Vaccinations to apply.
