Chef (Weekday)

(40 hours per week, 40 weeks per year)

Reporting to the Head Chef, the Chef assists in the production of all food for the catering service whilst complying with legislations and maintaining Roedean`s standards of hygiene, quality and presentation.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Levels 1 & 2 in professional cookery (or equivalent).  City & Guilds 706-3 and/or NVQ Level 3 in professional cookery would be an advantage.
