Customer Service Agent
Alternative Airlines is a fast growing Online Travel Agent, and our ongoing mission is to empower anyone in the world to book a flight easily, and every booking and every customer counts to us!
We are in the amazing position, that we are growing, and we are growing fast! Therefore this role is to join our expanding Customer Service team. We are recruiting for 6 NEW people, so if you have got Amadeus and customer service skills we would love to hear from you!
What is required from the Customer Service Executive?
- Providing a high level of customer service, by answering calls, email
- Using our in house systems and Amadeus to process change
- Working hard to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to retain customers
- Working to a rotating shift pattern
- Confident telephone manner and strong writing skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience within the Travel industry is essential
- Minimum of 2 years experience of using Amadeus GDS
- Passion for customer service and helping our customers regarding their bookings
- Highly organised, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
