Are you looking for an opportunity to join a leading foundation trust with a thriving HCP service in the beautiful county of west Sussex
We're looking for enthusiastic, innovative and motivated Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (SCPHN) Health Visitors to join our 0-5 Healthy Child Programme teams in West Sussex. We have full and part time vacancies in various parts of the County
Main duties of the job
Our Healthy Child Programme teams offer a proactive approach to delivering the Healthy Child Programme, working in partnership with school nurses, early help staff at children and family centres and multi-agency teams to deliver the best outcomes for children.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Our service in West Sussex has achieved full Unicef UK Baby Friendly accreditation and we recently received the Unicef UK Baby Friendly Gold Award. Staff joining our team receive two days' infant feeding training, along with promotional guides training and speech and language training.
