Chailey Heritage Foundation is seeking to recruit a Senior Support Worker-Nights to work within, and assist with the management of, a dedicated team responsible for providing person centred support to children and young adults with physical disabilities and complex health needs.

What are we looking for?

To work alongside the Night Manager to ensure that the homes are run in accordance with CQC and/or Ofsted requirements. 

To lead shifts, ensuring that the teams work to a commitment to quality and providing the best support we can to the children and young people within our care. 

To facilitate a warm, safe, homely environment for children and young adults, ensuring that they are consulted and included in anything to do with their daily living.

 Showing dignity and respect to the young people and staff you will be working with.
