You will be working with and alongside other experienced Personal Assistants supporting a group of Professional Leads within Child and Adolescent Services across Sussex.

Main duties of the job

You will be working directly with the Professional leads for Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, A&E Liaison and Duty, Neurodevelopmental Pathway, Psychiatry and PPT providing a comprehensive & efficient administrative support service. Maintaining a highly professional & confidential approach, this may involve working to tight timescales and following Trust standards. Duties include setting up meetings, minute taking & agendas for meetings, actions following meetings, diary management, setting up workshops, ad hoc project work and communications with other professionals / services.

As the Professional Leads are Sussex wide the base for this post is flexible, but with the Covid-19 restrictions, admin staff are mainly working from home at present.

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

  • Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
