£50.42 - £53.42 is the rate per caseload per month, (inc holiday pay)

 

We are seeking to appoint a Skills Coach who can engage with learners studying Schools, Business, Professional and inspire them to achieve their potential in line with College and Awarding Body procedures. 

 

Maintaining a caseload of students you will be delivering skills coaching, support and learner assessments for the Schools, Business, Professional apprenticeship programmes also delivering Functional Skills support to ensure learners achieve the level of competence required.

 

You will require effective working knowledge of the Apprenticeship programme with experience of assessing, internal verification and work based delivery models. You should have a customer-focused attitude with strong communication and IT skills.

 

You should hold an assessor and IV qualification and GCSE English & Maths (at grade C or above, or equivalent), also Level 2 Functional Skills (or working towards).
