Part-time, 30 hours per week (full year)
Based at the Broadwater Campus, Worthing, but will also be required to work regularly at Central Campus, Brighton
We require a Recruitment Facilitator to join our busy Apprenticeship Team to consult and engage with employers and learners to complete the timely recruitment of apprenticeship learners, supporting emerging priorities arising from the college’s apprenticeship recruitment strategy.
The role requires an individual who can manage new and existing stakeholders, negotiating effectively to complete the required recruitment documentation in a timely manner, you will be providing a physical point of contact at the appropriate GBMet site to take and make calls to prospective learners and employers and deal with enquiries.
You will require experience of working in a college environment and of delivering information, advice and guidance to employers and learners and be educated to A level or equivalent.
You should have a customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal and IT skills. You should have experience of negotiating with stakeholders to reach mutually acceptable outcomes with the ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and via email.
