Job overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the very busy CAMHS Teams across Hampshire as a Bank Administration Assistant. No two days will be the same.
We are looking for an enthusiastic well motivated person with excellent communication and organisational skills to consistently deliver a client focused service, promoting good customer service and effective working relationships.
Duties would include scanning, photocopying, data gathering and data entry, reception cover, correspondence, and other admin tasks as required.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of secondary education, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, which will be tested at interview, and a good understanding of confidentiality.

Main duties of the job
The duties will include:- photocopying, scanning and uploading documents, typing letters inputting data into the Carenotes patient record and Excel databases. Printing and posting letters, emailing both colleagues and service users, handling telephone enquiries from patients and their families, carers and professionals in a pleasant and helpful manner ensuring to take accurate messages and communicating information clearly and other admin tasks as required.

Knowledge and Experience

- Previous experience of administration and using computerised data systems
