Description:

B&CE have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a PA to Chief Commercial Officer to provide a full secretarial, administrative and office management service to the Chief Commercial Officer and the department.

Main Purpose:
Provide a full secretarial, administrative and office management service to the Chief Commercial Officer and the department, to facilitate and enable optimum performance against B&CE’s key business plan targets.

Skills & Experience:

Essential

• PA experience in similar role
• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
• Numerate with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to organise, plan and prioritise across the various departments to achieve business plan targets
• Operate effectively at a Senior Level discreetly and observe confidentiality
• Apply judgement and decision
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Collegiate and co-operative

Desirable

• Formal PA Qualification
• Understanding of the budget process in order to provide updates and commentary
• Articulate, persuasive and able to present ideas intelligently with logic and rationale
• Knowledge of B&CE’s products and processes to enable the compilation and production of reports and papers to be shared at Executive and Trustee level
