Customer Service Representitive
Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex
Salary: £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending upon experience
Full Time: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Our client, based in Burgess Hill, is a private provider of Medical Services, who are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Reporting to the Internal Sales Team Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of customer service from responding to email enquiries, checking customer accounts, monitoring Direct Debits, taking payments, and any other post-sale follow up demands.
Responsibilities
- Direct communication with customers by phone and email
- Problem solving and problem identification
- Complaint resolution
- Liaison with multiple departments to ensure a complete understanding of the current situation, processes and required actions to ensure a timely and appropriate outcome for both client and business
- Trouble shooting for processes to ensure near misses are identified and appropriate action to amend is taken in a timely manner.
- Preparation and checking of invoices and other financial paperwork
- Chasing payment from customers using defined process, adhering to process.
- Updating customers with service status as necessary throughout the post-sales process
- Liaison with accounts, sales, and laboratory to ensure smooth, timely and accurate provision of information to clients
- Provision of testing results to clients
- Provision of high quality and timely customer service by phone and email at all times
- Report generation
- Sales administration as necessary
- Support for Finance function as necessary
- Other administrative duties as may be required for the smooth running of the company
