Job Title: Site Manager

Salary: £30,000pa

Hours: 39 Hours per Week

Based at: East Grinstead Sports Club

What’s the role…As Site Manager you will have full responsibility of the site and its team. You will lead and inspire a team of staff in delivering the highest possible standards of customer care and service delivery at all stages of a customer’s experience, so that Wave becomes the leisure destination of choice for our communities in which it works.

The Site Manager would perform to meet the requirements of the eight key areas of the role:

• Staffing & Staff Management
• Health & Safety
• Finance
• Programming
• Performance
• Marketing & Sales
• Cleanliness & Maintenance
• Ensuring a consistent and positive partnership with the Sports Club at EGSC

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role would be required, and you will have the flexibility to adapt to the changing demands of the business and leisure sector.
