We primarily work with individuals who are aged 18-65 and we are located within Mill view hospital in Hove. Please note you MUST have or be working towards a nursing associate degree/course.

Our shared values within the team at Mill View are important to us, we are one hospital, not individual areas and wards that work in isolation, we look after each other and support each other when it's needed, particularly during the hard times. Your voice and your concerns are important to the leadership team, we encourage you to talk about areas of concern and empower you to implement positive changes. We value diversity and opportunity for everyone that works here and we are incredibly proud to have won the Equality and Diversity award at the Positive Practice Awards 2021 and Team of the Year Award in 2019

You will be provided with on-going support via regular supervision and reflective practice.

Flexible working is important to us at Mill View Hospital and we would consider any flexible working requests you may have which will help you have a healthy work-life balance.

There are lots of vacancies and positions available within the trust and elsewhere, so I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this advert and for hopefully applying. If you aren't sure, or you maybe you have some questions, I'd welcome you to give me a call or drop me an email so we can go through them. I would also be more than happy to show you around the hospital.
