In a nutshell

We have a great opportunity to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Implementation Executive, this role is responsible for the implementation of global Agency and Corporate commercial contracts, with fare distribution.

As the subject matter expert on the Sales contracting processes, you'll manage all processes and updates to supporting tools and systems.

Champion key departmental projects focused on improving efficiencies to better serve business requirements and focus on continuous improvement for external and internal customers.

Day to day

• Filing corporate and nett VS/DL/AF/KL fares in ATPCo and agency contracts

• Accountable for conception, design and delivery of key projects

• Training colleagues to ensure success.

• Ensuring positive, conducive relationships with key contacts internally and externally

• Maintain data and reference tables, integral for reporting of revenue and share

• Maintain fare distribution lists, tariffs, and PCC codes to ensure the current customer set is accurate

• Load and maintain third-party ticket lists received from Corporate customers into the STAR reporting system to ensure accurate information for reporting

• Raise the invoice to finance for all Agency payments


About you

Do you have the ability to make sound, accurate commercial decisions using expertise, experience and judgment?

• Confident in working with significant volumes of technical information, accurately and efficiently.

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities, using judgment to identify work which is high-priority according to impact on business

• Knowledge & experience of fare filing systems, and other Sales Development tools.

• Self-motivated – able to independently manage workload without the supervision of others

• Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate closely with internal/external customers at all levels

• Solid understanding of Excel functions and formulas
