The opportunity:
There's a number of full time (35 hours) vacancies available - so go ahead and share with any friends also looking for a great employer!

We offer a variety of flexible shifts within our core opening hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm.

We also offer the chance to be able to move to home/hybrid working once you've built your capability within the role - usually after 3 months.

Meanwhile our Hove/Chester/Pitreavie site will provide an enjoyable working environment with all the facilities you'll need to have a great day at work.

A bit about the role:
We’re currently looking for caring people to join our contact centre teams to take inbound calls from customers currently in financial difficulty.

No financial experience is required (we'll train you), we just need you to be passionate about helping people, the ability to communicate well and the desire to learn.

Our customers need to feel safe in your hands...

  • You’ll be handling each customers' circumstances with empathy, understanding their situation fully to help them back to financial health as quickly as possible
  • You'll learn to identify where customers are vulnerable and provide the best outcome for their financial situation
  • You’ll have genuine ownership of some complex customer situations and get to apply appropriate solutions based on their individual needs

Honest and genuine, caring about helping everyday people with their finances (no previous banking experience required)

  • The knack of quickly build relationships to give customers a genuinely positive experience.
  • Acting with care and integrity - taking time to resolve queries and give customers confidence in our services
  • A genuine teammate - collaborating closely with your colleagues to ensure your customers' needs are met
  • The flexibility to work with us to accommodate our current shift patterns
