Quantum Electrical Distribution is a company with an excellent reputation and a huge passion for doing things right. We are currently looking for a dedicated, passionate and friendly individual to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a proven people manager of teams of 6+ employees. Although, this role would involve manual handling, fork lift driving (training will be provided for both) and, where required, carrying out deliveries; this role is predominantly based from our Crawley Branch, and, as such, the ideal candidate should have a demonstrable understanding of Stock Management systems, and a high understanding of warehouse and logistics management.

We are currently in the process of relocating to a larger premises in Crawley, this giving a successful candidate the opportunity to implement their own ideas, systems, and procedures for a more streamlined operation.

Job Duties

• Delivery route planning.

• Creating shipping documentation for couriers.

• Ensuring tidiness and good housekeeping.

• Maintaining and developing Health and Safety systems.

• Creating a positive and proactive culture.

• Organising space and configuring stock locations.

• Maintaining product bin locations.

• Ensuring accuracy in picking and dispatch processes.

• Driving improvement plans to meet productivity targets.

• Improvement of operational efficiency across warehouse processes.
