Physics Technician

(37½ hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks of holiday time – 36 weeks in total)

 

To coordinate the use of practical resources and facilities and provide assistance and advice in meeting the practical needs of the Science curriculum.  The successful applicant will have good ICT skills.  Some electronics skills and previous relevant experience would be desirable.  Science is a thriving department where Physics is taught to A-level.

 

A working knowledge of, or interest in, Physics/Engineering is essential.   The ability to support the Chemistry and Biology Departments would be an advantage.
