The role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join us at our busy and vibrant restaurant based at Gatwick Airport.

Working alongside the Chef Manager, you will have the opportunity to share your passion and enthusiasm to help create an exciting food offering which showcases your ideas and creativity.

You will assistant the Chef Manager with menu development, managing the team and delivering high standards in everything you do both working alongside the Chef Manager – and in their absence.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment is essential. Sous Chef experience is preferred but if you’re an experienced CDP and are looking for your next career step then this opportunity may well be for you! Most of all your skill and passion for food will be evident, matched by your desire to deliver exceptional standards.
