Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Cook who is looking to join a friendly dedicated team in our onsite Cafe?
The café team are part of the Commercial and Visitor Operations department. With a friendly caring approach we offer a broad range of food and drink to visitors onsite, helping to support the animals in our care.
The successful candidate will operate the kitchen in an efficient and effective way to agreed standards, along side our Head Cook you will support and liaise with the Cafe Manager to maintain consistently high standards throughout the café and kitchen and be fully aware of all allergens and dietary requirements and help produce a menu reflective of this.
