Customer Service Executive

We pride ourselves in providing great value pre-bookable products including private taxis, limos, and minibuses; shared shuttles; helicopters and water taxis without a compromise on quality.
Main purposes of job
- You will be responsible for supporting our passengers through the booking process helping make new bookings and resolving any queries, whilst always providing great cus-tomer service.
- There will be calls where keeping a cool ap-proach is required and thinking on your feet and problem solving are a must.
- You will be targeted to deliver first con-tact resolution, getting things done for the customer as quickly as possible working within our guidelines.
- This is the role for you if you are a confident, positive, and proactive self-starter who is happy talking to all kinds of different cus-tomers in different situations.
Key tasks
- Helping customers with anything and everything, no two days are the same!
- Answering customer calls and live chat, to help manage queries.
- Providing excellent customer service, with a smile ;-)
- Understand the customer needs and manage their query appropriately.
- Liaising with our suppliers to help manage queries.
- Providing first-time resolution wherever possible, esca-lating where it is not.
- Ensuring that the customer journey is as seamless as possible.
Key results/objectives
- Previous call centre experience, you are used to KPI's.
- Excellent communication skills, you can chat to anyone
- Happy in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, there is lots to do!
- Time management, you can prioritise and get things done.
- You can cope under pressure
- You want to make things better and are confident providing feedback to make that happen.
- You are great in a team, working with your colleagues to deliver the goods.
- One or more European languages advantageous but not essential.
