When you join us:

• You will be answering external calls received on our switchboard and directing them accordingly
• You will be answering internal calls from guests and members of staff and fielding messages to various departments
• You will be working part time, 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

What we need from you: 

• Excellent verbal and written English
• A clear and confident telephone manner
• Computer literate
• Previous experience of a switchboard desired but not essential as training will be given
• Proven customer service experience
• Able to cover some annual leave shifts when required is desirable.
