Full Time Resident Deputy Housemistress/Housemaster

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled Deputy Housemistress/Housemaster with the enthusiasm, experience and compassion to relate to and support the pupils in their House.

The successful candidate will be a kind, passionate, inspirational role model for the Roedean girls and its community, and will be ensuring the happiness, well-being, safety, health and education of all girls in the House.    Applications from qualified teachers or those planning a career in teaching are particularly welcome.

While the role would suit a current Assistant or Deputy Housemistress/Housemaster, we are keen to attract applicants whose experience will not, as yet, cover all aspects of the role.  We will provide the training and 1:1 mentoring to support the development of the skills neeeded.
