Job summary
We're recruiting a staff nurse to join our Ferring Ward, an Inaptient Unit in Salvington Lodge.
The 18 beds on the ward are for short-term rehabilitation for patients over the age of 18, with the aim of preventing unnecessary acute hospital admissions and supporting timely discharges from the local acute hospitals. The team also offer end of life care.
Main duties of the job
As a staff nurse you will be part of a team delivering multi-professional high quality care, 24 hours a day, working with patients towards rehabilitation, self-management and independence throughout the continuum of care.
