Job summary Are you a Registered Nursing Associate with a passion for delivering outstanding care that brings the 6 Cs (care, compassion, commitment, courage, communication and competence) to life? If so, we want to hear from you. The East Assessment and Treatment Service (ATS) are looking to recruit a full time Band 4 Registered Nurse Associate. You will need to have experience of working in the community with people with mental health needs and co-existing difficulties. East ATS are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled Band 4 Registered Nurse Associate. We are a well-staffed multi-disciplinary team made up of Social Workers, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Support Workers and Graduate Mental Health Practitioners who support services users with a range of mental health conditions. Main duties of the job As a Nurse Associate in our service you will be working as part of a Multi-disciplinary team (MDT) including social workers, psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists and medics. You will work with people with severe and enduring mental health problems, providing specialist interventions and acting in the role of Lead Practitioner for a defined caseload of clients under the supervision of one of our Mental Health Nurses. We encourage knowledge sharing and teamwork so all team members are involved with the full range of best practice interventions.
