SEN Teaching Assistants

Classroom Support are working with a fantastic Primary School in Worthing, they are looking for 2 x SEN Teaching Assistants to start in April/May

They are a ‘Ofsted’ good, rated school with fantastic grounds and facilities. They also have a provision to support children with ASD and MLD.

The school are looking for support for 1 x pupil in Year 1 with ASD (undiagnosed) but showing many familiar traits, and support for a child in Year 2 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

The rate of pay ranges between £75 - £85 per day for the right candidate. As a consultancy we do not use any payroll umbrella company like other consultancies.

Experience of challenging behaviour management.

Experience supporting students with Autism or ADHD

A Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) would be beneficial

Experience supporting students within SEN school’s or provisions is advantageous.

Being an individual that the pupils can trust and work to on a personal level and having a firm but kind caring nature

Any experience of SEN is preferred
