Join the team at London Gatwick as a CDM Advisor at the world's most efficient single-runway airport, and you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects across construction programmes. What is the role?

Reporting to the Lead Design Manager, you'll take the lead in CDM risk management for construction.

You'll take the lead on defining and implementing clear and efficient processes, and high quality training, to support our Programme delivery teams in providing evidence to show they are meeting required CDM regulations across high value projects.

What will you do?
  • Putting in place procedures and practices that help teams consider safety hazards, and mitigate any risks.
  • Ensuring CDM assurance checklists are completed for submission at key Tollgate points throughout the project lifecycle

  • Experience in presenting legal requirements in a manner that is easy to understand by a non-expert audience.
  • Skilled in training non-experts in specialist skills and knowledge such that knowledge is retained and applied.
  • Strong experience in developing work in collaboration with other stakeholders, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
