Description

Responsibilities for a customer service advisor

  • Efficiently handle customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Maintain a positive customer relationship by providing excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed team goals
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to provide satisfaction
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Report and escalate unresolved issues to the management team
