Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a well established business based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex area. The Accounts Assistant will assist with supporting the Finance Manager with the invoicing, payment queries, expenses etc. Salary: 30KHours: 9-5 Monday to FridayLocation: Haywards Heath, parking onsiteAccounts Assistant duties:<ul><li>Supporting the Finance Manager with everyday accounting </li><li>Assisting with monthly payroll data </li><li>Checking staff expenses and gaining approvals</li><li>Working with external payroll and accountancy service providers</li><li>Handle any invoice, payroll and payment queries</li><li>Process invoices for payment </li></ul>Skills and experience:<ul><li>Proven experience working in finance / accounts assistant type role</li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbally and written</li><li>Good IT skills, ideally have used Xero. Excellent Excel</li></ul>
