Overview
We are currently seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established service and installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants a balanced mix of small installation work and service/maintenance, working within a supportive environment that encourages skill development and technical progression.
The role involves working across a varied client base, including commercial end users, business premises, and residential properties, delivering a high-quality, premium service.
Role Responsibilities
- Carry out service, maintenance, and fault-finding on air conditioning systems
- Install small systems including split and multi-split units
- Diagnose and repair system faults efficiently and professionally
- Deliver high standards of workmanship across all client sites
- Work across a mix of commercial, business end-user, and residential environments
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety requirements
- Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
- Strong knowledge of split and multi-split systems
- Ability to carry out both service and small installation works
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- F-Gas qualification (preferred/required depending on client standard)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Salary range
- £38,000 - £45,000
